Like Karla, I know very many skinny women who attack their ice cream cravings with diligence; never even considering the pounds they might put on, well… because they just won’t put on any. This is outrageous and unfair, to me. If I acted on every impulse I got and ate whatever I wanted, I would keep on having to update my pant size. Why does my body hate me? How come I cannot eat whatever I want without putting on weight? How come others can????!!!!
Basically, it all comes down to your metabolism. In very boring words: it is the rate in which your body processes the food that you put into it. Zzz…. In short: your body is slow.
